NO MOUSE IN MY HOUSE begins with Mother’s suspicions that a mouse has taken up residence somewhere in the house.  Mother is constantly fuming over the mouse clues that she finds.  Meanwhile, the children in the family are aiding and abetting the mouse.  The story climaxes with an early-morning, face to whisker meeting between Mother and the mouse.  It concludes with the mouse being evicted from the house but not from his new home, the family’s sofa.
